Purchases and Payments

School Projects Philippines sells digital printable products. Payments are processed by Paddle. See Paddle’s privacy policy. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card or other complete payment credentials on this website.

Our payment provider may process information necessary to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and provide payment services. The payment provider's own privacy policy applies to information it processes.

Digital Downloads

After a successful purchase, technical transaction information may be used to verify that the purchase was completed and to provide access to the correct digital file. Downloads are delivered through Cloudflare Workers and R2 after purchase verification. This functionality is separate from optional analytics.

Contact Form

Our contact form sends your name, email address, selected topic and message to Web3Forms to deliver your enquiry. We use this information to reply and help with your request. Web3Forms also processes technical request information to operate the service and prevent spam. See the Web3Forms privacy policy. Please do not submit passwords or payment card details. The form works without accepting optional analytics.

Website Hosting and Technical Data

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and may process limited technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request data, security information and server logs. This information may be used to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand visits and interactions, including clicks on certain buy buttons. Google may process cookie identifiers, pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions. Analytics cookies can recognise a browser across visits. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation consent remain off.

You can reject analytics and still browse, buy, download purchased files and contact us. Use “Analytics settings” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent disables further collection through our Analytics tag and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies. It does not erase information already collected by Google. Closing the banner does not grant consent or change an existing choice. Read how Google uses information from sites using its services.

Browser storage and your choice

Your analytics choice is saved in local storage for up to 180 days. If your browser blocks storage, the choice may not persist between pages. Separately, product pages save transaction references in local storage to help you access purchased downloads again. Rejecting analytics does not remove those references. Clearing all this site’s browser data removes both the analytics choice and saved download references.
